Office Hours: Monday - Friday from 9 am until 4 pm

Appointments will be scheduled as promptly as possible. Please call our office at 603-356-9755 to schedule a new appointment or to change an existing appointment. We maintain a call list for patients who have a flexible schedule that can come in on short notice. This may allow us to treat you sooner if an unexpected space opens in our schedule.

Emergency or Post Operative Problems:

• For an emergency situation or post operative problem, every attempt will be made to see you that day.
• Depending upon your specific surgical needs, treatment may occur at your emergency visit that day or it may need to be scheduled for a later date.

We try our best to stay on schedule to minimize your waiting. Due to the fact that White Mountain Oral Surgery provides surgical services, various circumstances may lengthen the time allocated for a procedure. Emergency cases can also arise that cause delays in our schedule. On rare occasions, Dr. Smith is called to the emergency room to deal with serious emergency situations. Providing a day time phone number when you make an appointment will allow us alert you of serious delays or cancellations as soon as possible. Therefore, you can reschedule or adjust your arrival time accordingly. Your understanding and patience when these inconvenient situations arise would be sincerely appreciated.

White Mountain Oral Surgery is the only oral surgery practice in northern NH. Our practice is overwhelmed with a demand for our services. Unfortunately, for some patients, there is still a 6-8 week delay for open appointments. For this reason, we are committed to try and use every opportunity to treat patients. We consider the scheduled appointment to be a commitment on your part as well. If you cancel an appointment within 48 hours or do not show for an appointment, someone else that has been waiting for an appointment has missed out on a chance for treatment in your spot. Therefore, there will be a charge made for any appointment cancellation within 48 hours and/or all missed surgical appointments. You will receive a call several days before your scheduled appointment to answer your questions and review any special instructions that may be required by your current medical condition.
